Is your Partnership Staffed and Structured for Success?

Does your leadership group have the right people in the room still? What should you do if you think it isn’t but are afraid to say so? Show up at too many different meetings with mostly the same people? Need to refocus and reboot? This session will have participants dig in to three Ready by 21 tools: Components of Leadership Councils, Mapping Moving Trains and Change Horsepower Diagnostic. Communities that have used the tools will share their experiences.
