Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

A group of providers in New Orleans recognized the need for a network of providers serving opportunity youth, and formed the Opportunity Youth Data Sharing Council, which has adopted a collaboratively designed data system to streamline processes and maximize data sharing efforts. In this session you will hear from practitioners who have embarked on this data sharing and performance management initiative and dive into an approach that applies collective impact to multi-organizational, real time data sharing.
